The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem.
— Theodore Isaac Rubin
When buying and/or selling a home, having “problems” is really just part of the process. Issues may pop up somewhere between the mortgage approvals, offers, negotiations, and inspections. The problem is expecting otherwise. Anticipating, planning, and doing the right thing every step of the way will solve those “problems” (or at least change their angles) before they hit you in the face.
